  • Method Details

    • start

      void start(ClassLoader cl) throws Exception
      Start the MBean server and associated resources.
      Parameters:
      cl - - the default classloader to be used by the JMX remote connector.
      Throws:
      Exception - if an error occurs when starting the server or one of its components.

    • stop

      void stop() throws Exception
      Stop the MBean server and associated resources.
      Throws:
      Exception - if an error occurs when stopping the server or one of its components.

    • getMBeanServer

      MBeanServer getMBeanServer()
      Get a reference to the MBean server.
      Returns:
      an MBeanServer instance.

    • isStopped

      boolean isStopped()
      Determine whether this JMX server is stopped.
      Returns:
      true if this JMX server is stopped, false otherwise.

    • getUuid

      String getUuid()
      Get a unique identifier for this management server. This id must be unique across JPPF nodes and servers.
      Returns:
      the id as a string.

    • getManagementHost

      String getManagementHost()
      Get the host interface on which the JMX server is listeneing for connections.
      Returns:
      the host as a string.

    • getManagementPort

      int getManagementPort()
      Get the port on which the connector is listening for connections from remote clients.
      Returns:
      the port number as an int.

    • getMBeanServerForwarder

      MBeanServerForwarder getMBeanServerForwarder()
      Get an optional MBeanServerForwarder associated with the underlying remote connector server.
      Returns:
      an MBeanServerForwarder instance, or null if node is associated with this jmx server.

    • getConnectorServer

      JMXConnectorServer getConnectorServer()
      Get the JMX connector server.
      Returns:
      a JMXConnectorServer instance.

    • getEnvironment

      Map<String,?> getEnvironment()
      Get the environment used at the creation of this server.
      Returns:
      a JMX environment map.
