    • getNodeConnection

      NodeConnection<?> getNodeConnection()
      Get the connection used by this node.
      Returns:
      a NodeConnection instance.

    • stopNode

      void stopNode()
      Stop this node and release the resources it is using.

    • getLifeCycleEventHandler

      LifeCycleEventHandler getLifeCycleEventHandler()
      Get the object that manages the node life cycle events.
      Returns:
      a LifeCycleEventHandler instance.

    • getExecutionManager

      org.jppf.execute.async.AsyncExecutionManager getExecutionManager()
      Get the task execution manager for this node.
      Returns:
      a ExecutionManager instance.

    • getJmxServer

      default org.jppf.management.JMXServer getJmxServer() throws Exception
      Get the JMX connector server associated with the node.

      The default implementation throws a JPPFUnsupportedOperationException. It is up to concrete implementations to override it.

      Returns:
      a JMXServer instance.
      Throws:
      Exception - if any error occurs.

    • initDataChannel

      void initDataChannel() throws Exception
      Initialize this node's data channel.
      Throws:
      Exception - if an error is raised during initialization.

      Get the service that manages the class loaders and how they are used.
      Returns:
      an AbstractClassLoaderManager instance.

    • getNodeConfigNotifier

      NodeConfigNotifier getNodeConfigNotifier()
      Returns:
      the mbean which sends notifications of configuration changes.
